Brian Mull's second-round 67 secures individual championship

PINEHURST, N.C. -- Brian Mull, golf writer for the Wilmington Star-News, is the 2007 Carolinas Golf Reporters Association golf champion after a stunning second round 67 at Pinehurst No. 4. Mull 's five-under par round included the rare feat of birdies on each of the four par threes. His round was 12 shots better than the next best of the day by Ronnie Musselwhite, editor of Golf Business magazine.
