Ronnie Musselwhite, Golf Business Magazine, Editor-in-Chief

As editor-in-chief, Ronnie Musselwhite is responsible for the editorial direction and strategic vision of the NGCOA’s monthly flagship publication, Golf Business. Musselwhite, who served as managing editor of Golf Business from 1999 to 2003, returned to the NGCOA in 2006 after launching Golfstyles Atlanta and serving as the upscale lifestyle publication’s editor for two years.

Musselwhite has more than 10 years of experience as a journalist and editor in the golf industry. As managing editor, he was instrumental in helping to establish Golf Business as the industry’s leading source of information on golf course operations, marketing and technology. During his tenure, owners and operators ranked Golf Business as the most credible source of industry information among golf publications as well as the most regularly read golf business publication.

Since returning to Golf Business, Musselwhite has sharpened the magazine’s editorial focus by striving to provide readers with quantifiable, real-world solutions they can use to operate their businesses more efficiently and profitably. He also directed a complete redesign of the publication that was unveiled in January 2007.

Prior to editing Golf Business and Golfstyles Atlanta, Musselwhite was director of public relations for Kiawah Development Partners, developer of Kiawah Island, S.C. He is a past member of the International Network of Golf’s board of advisors and is

president of the Carolinas Golf Reporters Association. A graduate of N.C. State University, Musselwhite lives in Mt. Pleasant, S.C.
